DELIVERY INFORMATION

Only the following circumstances allow for the revocation of an order:


if the requested items haven't arrived 42 days after payment has been received, or after the delivery of faulty goods. The revocation in this situation must be made as soon as practicable after discovering the flaw, but in no event later than 12 days after the goods was delivered.


By sending us an email at contactus@reformli.com before the end of the day in which the order was made, you may cancel it. Unfortunately, after the order has been sent to the printing facility, it is too late to cancel it since each book is custom-made for each individual purchase.


We take on all expenses related to producing and submitting a fresh copy of the applicable product when we revoke an order.


The items will be returned to us in their original packaging if they are replaced for faulty ones; no new copies of the products will be made in this case.


Revocation requests must be sent through email at contactus@reformli.com or via our live chat option on our site. The timeliness of the revocation is determined by the date that the email was issued or received.


A credit will be applied to the credit or debit card used to pay for the initial order after your return is received. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refund processing normally takes two (2) weeks, although it sometimes takes longer when things are really hectic.


Products that were created and tailored in accordance with the provided specifications and are error- and defect-free are not subject to return under the general terms and conditions.

Changing the personalization after placing the purchase if necessary


By the end of the day after an order is placed, adjustments may be made by sending an email to contactus@reformli.com. If the cancellation is not completed in a timely manner, we have the right to charge the purchaser a fee equal to one-third of the total cost of the item.

Visa and MasterCard


You may choose to pay with a credit card up front if you want to pay for your purchase right away or if you want to deliver the package to the kid who will be receiving it (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).


Our printing company receives the go-ahead to finish and ship your customised children's book as soon as our system determines that there is enough money in your account and the order has been properly completed.

There is no excuse not to get a personalised book for your kids, parents, spouse, family members, or friends because we are still delivering as usual. Depending on the delivery option you choose throughout the purchase process, delivery timeframes may vary. There is specific information on the number of working days for delivery.
