You thus give Reformli the right to use, in connection with any use of your User Generated Content, your username, actual name, picture, likeness, descriptions of you, location, or other identifiable information, including but not limited to your voice.

You hereby acknowledge, agree, and represent and warrant that I you are solely responsible for your User Generated Content, (ii) you own all rights in and to your User Generated Content and/or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions from any and all other people and/or entities who own, manage, or otherwise claim any rights with respect to such User Generated Content, (iii) you are 18 years of age or older, and (iv) Reformli use of your User Generated

Submitted User Generated Content may be selected and published by Reformli in its sole discretion. To be clear, Reformli is not obligated to utilise any of the submitted User Generated Content. We have the right to delete User Generated Content at any time and for any reason from our website, social media accounts, or marketing materials.

You hereby waive any claims against Reformli and anyone acting on their behalf for any damages arising out of Reformli's use of your User Generated Content.
